The title says it all - it will give you an idea how much or how many students I handle every week. This is a good sign that I've outgrown myself already at this point in my career as a culinarian and as a chef instructor. I may have a patience brewster or soemthing with me or my natural sense of being organized and resourceful has made me pass the tests of this career with flying colors!
