Sunday Evening Thoughts

The decision I made last month, to leave my first culinary school was not an easy decision but I think it is a blessing for me. I've never been so busy in the past eight months since I started teaching. I love this job, although at times it can be very stressful and sometimes unrewarding depending on the employer (I am very sure you are reading this - I've learned a lot from my experience in your small company, so no hard feelings there). Now, I am in a happier yet challenging state. Teaching is not an easy task, you are molding minds and developing people skills. It is a test of true character especially in what I do, mostly kitchen and laboratory work. That is why I learned so much from this experience - never let anyone use you in any way uncompensated well. Good night.
