More People, More Fun

Another difference I noticed in working in a bigger kitchen is a very obvious one - there are more people in the kitchen. This is much better compared to the few people in the past work I've had, where some are actually little brats, three chefs actually. Now, there are more chefs around, and all are so generous to share their knowledge to us newbies. This is how experienced chefs should do. Sharing is caring.
