On Quitting

I managed to survive on 3 sticks a day in the past 4 days. That's 12 sticks of cigarette so far. I am quitting this bad habit for good before I turn 29 this month. I want my breath to be fresh all the time, as my mouth will always engage in something special everyday: kissing the love of my life.

Also, I'd like to detoxify my lungs and my body from all the bad toxins I got from smoking. I might consider using home hepa air purifiers here in the comfort of my home to help me get through this change.
