After my first job stint at this start-up catering business close to four months ago, it finally came to a bitter end. After dealing with mis-managed systems and unprofessional and incompetent people which caused so much of my time, I can finally say I am free to do what this industry has to offer. I am more than just a cook, and I am bound to see the light and success in before this quarter ends.

Charge to experience, and indeed a lesson learned for me.
