It has been two weeks since I restarted my fitness regime. Yes, I am still at 80 kilograms now, but after those heavy exercises, I noticed that my body is no longer losing shape, instead, I am gaining muscle mass - the natural way. Slowly, fat is turning into muscle. This is good, but I need to lose 2 sizes. Now I am focusing on getting more core exercises, thanks to my collection of yoga dvds that has accumulated over time before I was sent in the islands for work, I will try to get my old shape back, with toned muscles of course.
