Wishlist #1:Low Body Fat for 2012

I was surprised to know that after being a little bit strict on my diet and getting more cardio exercise during workouts, I am still above the 20% body fat mark. I was so surprised, I immediately asked my trainer if there are any more ideas that would act like "abrasives" to body fat?

I wish I can do something about this now since my classes will soon be over, and with the upcomig apprenticeship, I can now have time to be back in shape. I will get that "dancer" body that I always wanted!
