The 10 Day Halt

I was supposed to come back to the gym last October 1, but I had to rehydrate myself from the 4-day ordeal with gastroenteritis. I've been chugging enough hydration salts to the point that now I looked so bloated from it. I may visit an austin allergy doctor to see if I need professional help but right now, after 10 days, I am feeling much better.

This morning I was supposed to start my workout but when I woke up this morning, my lower back was killing me. I decided to cancel, but tomorrow, no matter what happens, I will continue my afternoon gym sessions. I guess the back pain is a sign that I need to move and be active again!
