It Is A PASS!

I was the happiest person last Friday, as I completed and passed my culinary comprehensive exams with flying colors. I was able to prove everyone that no amount of kitchen equipment can make a dish perfect if you don't cook your food with the right amount of passion and heart.

Here is a photo of the three best dishes created by our batch, the plate in the middle right was deemed the perfect entree - hence, the mark "reserved", as requested by the chef who deliberated it.


And more icing to the cake, I was instantly offered an apprenticeship for doing so, which is a first time in the history of our comprehensive exams.
