The Final Week


My mom and I exchanged short messages over Facebook in the past few days. I was telling her the kind of life people have here in Edmonton, Alberta and the dominance of other non-American races like Asians and Europeans.

I had a chance to see the sights and the life of ordinary Canadians for the past three weeks. I must say, I fit in well in the Canadian atmosphere and I intend to go back here and start my mission to become the next great chef. Still a lot of work to be done and years of more hardwork and perseverance but hell yeah, I can smell the bright future ahead.

Again, I intend to go back here and I can't wait to go back to Manila, finish my remaining months in Culinary School, and send my resumes to the different hotels I worked with.
