A Reminder

This post is a reminder that I should reach my average weight (or lower) in the next two months. I am now 170 pounds, and I have 8 weeks to lose at least 15 pounds before I fly for Canada. I really need to fit on my skinny jeans as soon as possible.

I have set up my steamer in the kitchen - no more fried stuff, salty food, sugary treats and other diet culprits for me starting today. I MUST LOSE WEIGHT AND BODY FAT NOW!!!

Tomorrow, a very strenuous cardio workout is scheduled. Motivation is always at hand.
