One Pound A Week


I am taking advantage of our weather in Manila these days - so hot and humid, you will perspire so much. I have been doing 6 days a week of training and cardio for the past week and I must say all is looking good!

I am currently teaching my body to be "stressed" so it becomes stronger in the coming weeks ahead. The goal is to lose a pound in a week, and I think that is healthy enough.
