After two months of our French and European Cuisines classes, I have found out that American Cuisine is twice as hearty compared to the previous two combined. I have been nagging about the too much butter and animal fat being used in French and European Cuisines - American Cuisine on the other hand is much more appetizing and hearty due to the influences of the whole of Europe Cuisines in it.

So that means, in the following weeks, just right before the summer season in the tropics kicks in, there will be more usage of pull up bars and cardio machines for me. I really can't help eating, walking in the morning and afternoon is not enough to burn all the luscious calories I consumed.
