I am slowly getting there - yes, I am slowly kicking out the bad habit to the point that I can only smoke a djarum and actually not finish it. How I wish they are smaller here in the country like in Indonesia.

There are so many ways to de-stress oneself - as learned from my experiences during the recently-passed holiday season: GYM, COOK, and FAMILY BONDING.

But now, family bondings are over, I only have this blog and my favorite networking site, and of course, the gym, to really let it all out and be revitalized.

I promise to have a cleaner lifestyle this year by keeping the bad habit to a minimum until it disappears and be more active by going to the gym and engaging in more positive things.
