Going Paperless

Have you ever considered using a laptop, an iPad, or an eBook? Do you have one of these gadgets? Are you considering them for using as a reading device instead of reading a book made of paper, just like old times?

It was one of the things my cousin has discussed on the day of his departure. We talked about this over lunch and it was an eye-opener.

He liked the idea of reading books the old way. I like the idea of traveling light - only one device on my bag with lots of stored files and media in it, solely used for Culinary Arts purposes.

Its been a year since I started going paperless, and like food, it is an acquired taste. At first you will find it difficult but after that, you will notice the difference and the convenience of going paperless. Support paperless learning!
