Just an update on my present weight: I am now at 165, but it has not changed a bit for the past two weeks. Its okay, my fat percentage has gone down, thanks to my effective diet food which I consider as one of my strong appetite suppressants: OATMEAL.

Yes, it makes me feel full and recharged an hour after eating it, may it be breakfast or dinner. Works just like regular milled rice but not as damaging. I love rolled oats (my preferred type of oat) - it works (and have worked) like magic. So I am returning to this very-high fiber diet and hopefully, I am on the road back to my old weight of 150 pounds!
