Down on Body Fat

From 23% down to 19.4% - that is my body fat which falls under the "average". Not bad!

Well, I am still at 165 pounds, but I am seeing changes in my body as I am burning fat. Its been 3 weeks of extreme strength and cardio training in the gym plus hours of standing and working in the kitchen, and I am surely on the road to my target weight - and now, my target body fat. It should reach at least 15 to 16% in a month.
