One More Year

So far, my experience with practicums has been the lightest three days ever. My kitchen buddy and I just roamed around the vast and busy kitchen, especially on the first two days, trying to get a grasp of how things are done inside the kitchen.

There were few casual employees who are working their best to get their payday advance for the upcoming Halloween and Christmas holidays. We were only four trainees who are technically serving the country club for free. Despite that, we are optimistic that we we will be getting the best training for the next two months.

One more year, and I will be the chef the world will love.
