YAY!
I just weighed myself this morning and the magic number is now 164. Yes, that is my new weight in pounds - click here if you need ideas on how to make your diet plan more effective. Still, my diet plan is working - plus I was able to get time for the gym whilst doing the practicums.

I am now 9 pounds away from my target weight and in the next few minutes I will be hitting the gym. By the way, I just updated my Christmas wishlist and I will be posting them soon here on this blog. I am also thinking of 2011 resolutions - hopefully I can come up with a more efficient list that is doable. Wish me luck!
