Did you know that there are hundreds (or even thousands) of ways to lose belly fat?

Yes, some of them works, some just a little or not at all. It all goes down to the simple rule of starting inside the kitchen. One must know helpful information on what they eat like caloric count of each food type or item and how often should one consume each type. This simple rule is usually one of the rules usually taken for granted, like me, I only watch what I eat when my skiny jeans no longer fit.

Thats why weeks ago, I started practicing this old habit of mine when I was 220 pounds years ago, when I decided I should change sizes smaller.

Just an update, I am now below 170 pounds. 15 pounds to go!
