Reading Labels

I guess will be stucked on my new weight this year, despite the fact that I am continuously watching what I eat everyday like reading labels on every processed food I buy (usually before the barcode scanner reads it in the check out counter) or at least I try to remember the things I've learner over the past few days from our Nutrition subject.

Yes, we have this subject in the culinary school. After 6 months of teaching you how to cook using the purest of ingredients: sugar, salt, butter, flour - all ingredients that make food rich, they taught us how to scale down everything from fatty food to less fatty food.

Its like downgrading rich foods - which is kind of frustrating on our part.
