What Most Of Us Don't Know

Have you been reading any information about chemical-related cancers around us? In this post (information mostly found in Wikipedia) I am sharing with you what I learned about asbestos mesothelioma which occurs more often in men than in women and risk increases with age. This disease can appear in either men or women at any age and it is a rare type of cancer, in which the cells of the mesothelium (a membrane that covers and protects most of the internal organs of the body) becomes abnormal and divide witout control or order. It is asbestos-related disease, so better not expose yourself to this chemical.

Be aware that asbestos is found naturally (meaning natuarally occuring) in air outdoors and even in some potable water sources - and this makes me think how our water company keeps pur waters safe and asbestos-free.
