DAY 7 - Lamb

Day 7 was the best among the days I spent in this 2-week course because we processed lamb meat - and was able to consume what we made!

As far as I can remember we processed several racks of lamb ribs made to "rack of lamb" and then cut into lamb chops. Chef Hylton was gracious enough to offer his basting skills after we finished cutting them up. I never thought that with the power of melted butter, salt, and pepper - these cuts of lamb meat would taste amazingly good!

I finished 5 lamb chops that day. I would say, lamb meat is the best meat ever. I wonder if there are better meats than that - that I would have to find out on my journey to culinary greatness!
