2 Pounds - And Counting!

I officially lost 2 pounds since I started controlling what I eat - and that is without taking any diet supplements or doing 1 hour daily cardio workouts. I should really be serious in shedding off these extra pounds until the end of the month because I will be on a tv commercial shoot for our culinary school on April 31.

I must get rid of butter and salt - I think these two are the culprits.
