How I Wish


If EATING is the best fat burning exercise a human being has to do - all will have a minimum of 4-pack abs.

This is what stays in my mind every time me and my fabulous group mates work on our soups, sauces, and starch. We have started cooking and so far we are making wonders in the kitchen. I just LOVE what I'm doing. I am now friends with salt, pepper, and butter. Oh how these things work on your food - and your belly.

I don't know - I guess we all have to live with it to really appreciate real food. Forget the flab for now. These are the things you do to gain culinary greatness!
