On Taking The Second Year

I've talked to few of my classmates in culinary school over a few bottles of beer last night. It was fun to know that some of them would pursue different careers related to culinary - as there is a lot of possible options from kitchen to media. They asked me about my plan and I said that after first year I will have to work somewhere.

Everyone was surprised why I won't go to second year which is more on kitchen management. For now, I still have to figure that out. I wanted to but another year would mean spending money comparable to car prices these days. You can literally buy a car LOL.
