Now at 160 lbs!

After more than 50 days, my weight has now gone down to 160 pounds. Good sign! I wonder if I change my white bread and white rice back to my old dietary plan 5 years ago (when I was 220 pounds) will help reach my target weight of 150 pounds in a month or so. My old dietary plan was just wheat bread for carbs. I need more carbs as per austin weight loss plans and my trusty gym instructor. He said I should try eating brown rice as a substitute. It must work just like eating dust LOL.
