Dust Must Be Low In Fat

For almost 24 hours, I've spent my first day of my three day off eating, sleeping, and watching TV - I'm feeling guilty about this now. No gym for now. In the past 45 days since I started lifting weights, there has been improvements in my skin, my body shape, and my physique. The bad thing, I only lost 3 pounds no matter how long I spend hours in the gym doing cardio after weight-lifting. I probably converted my body fat reserves into muscle. My appetite, well, I'm closely monitoring it - might use appetite suppressant pills but I can still control it. If only I could munch on something that has no calories in it. Dust perhaps?
