Not A Single Pound

Its been two weeks since I started lifting weights - every other day between 100 to 150 pounds of pure steel in between sets, five reps each. That's heavy.

I started lifting weights to lose weight, but not a single pound was lost. On the good side, I gained mass and toned a bit. I am starting to incline to the idea of using fatburners but my trainer said not to weigh myself in the next three weeks.

Lets see what happens next.
