Patiently Waiting

Three years ago, I joined a back office company in Ortigas - a BPO which caters to quality assurance in Canadian-ownded businesses and created in-house custom softwares for each LOB to easily process their needs. What's good is that my company created values which up until this time we value so much even if it was replaced by this so-called "non-sense" 5 core values (because it doesn't seem to happpen when we we're acquired by a bigger and revenue-monster company) fit for a multi-international BPO. At present day, its hard to find a job where honesty, dignity, and respect lives. Well, I found "the one" weeks ago - and has been in vain for that call.
