Why I Lost Weight?

When I was in junior high I weighed 190 pounds. I did not care much about how I look, the only thing I cared about is my taste buds. I ate a couple more and two years later I reached 220 pounds. At first I thought it was okay and then I realized the economical, emotional, and physical effects of reaching that XXXL size. I soon experienced shortness of breath and a little bit of hypertension. At a tender age of 18, that is not normal. I later realized more things that could happen if I don't lose weight such as Plantar Fasciitis and heart ailments.

5 years after I decided to become small in size I successfully lost over 70 pounds.

I am now working on something to keep what I achieved and stop from going back to that size.
