Nothing Substantial Going On

For three days I've been restless. Nothing much is going on, as a matter of fact, I was only able to reminisce about the past 28 days today and realized that February is nothing special. It's just a month like any other months in the lunar calendar.

I guess I'm officially back to my old and reliable self: no more love life for me. I am happy though, genuinely happy about my state. This is where I'm used to be and this'll be a piece of cake.

You live. You learn. You move on.

Mariah's back with a new single! This was released as a single early February in the US. Her new album "E=MC2" will be released April of this year. I will not buy the album until she releases a deluxe edition of it, like the time when I bought her previous album, I waited 3 singles later until I decided to get my own copy. The result? A special edition package with a free DVD!

Touch My Body - Mariah's new music video (after the jump!)

I wonder the name of the guy in the video above- a little upgrading and he'll shine like a new penny. He looked geeky but cute!

She definitely lost a lot of weight now. She looked healthy and glowing, thanks to her diet (which I will probably follow for 2 months before summer starts to kick in. I will concentrate on cardio and less on the heavy weight going to lighter ones, just to get myself toned!

Here's the Mariah diet, perfect for voluptuous people like me :-)

Why? It’s a great source of leptin, a protein which acts like a hormone and controls your appetite so you don’t over-eat. Plus, according to Dr Perricone, creator of the "fish facelift" diet, oily fish such as salmon contains high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which leave skin less wrinkled.

Purple fruit
Why? Grapes, plums and dark berries are packed with powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins that can help fight the free radical damage that breaks down collagen in the skin, causing wrinkles and lines to form.

Why? They’re high in essential fatty acids, calcium and magnesium, which help banish water retention. Plus they’re packed with vitamin E, which can help to balance your mood-affecting hormones.

Why? It’s high in chromium, a mineral that helps the pancreas stabilize insulin release, so you won’t get fluctuating blood sugars levels that lead to food cravings and binge-ing.
