WHEN YOU REALIZE YOUR HABIT IS NO LONGER COOL TO DO..

It was Tuesday (almost 4 days ago) when I decided to stop my bad bad habit.

SMOKING.

Yep. You heard me right.

I'm in a gradual process of quitting. At first I thought I'm not going to make it on my third day, but I did! Two days before Tuesday I decided to buy this 10-stick pack of gold lights and almost finished it after a coffee encounter with a person. Surprisingly, the pack I was talking about is still in my drawer with a single stick left. I decided to stop gradually but I think this abrupt stop works better. Some quitters do 10 for now, next day 9, next day 8..and so on techniques with their number of sticks puffed. But me, no.. It's better this way.

And the thing about the cravings? Well, it lasts for only a minute or two. Its hard because it will make you light up one, but with a heavy mind-control it'll be gone.

Ahhh.. honestly, I feel better now.

I still have to watch on my possible weight gain though.
